The sealed lead acid battery is often used for alarm systems, set to cut in when there's a problem with mains power. It's rated at 7Ah so the alarm will continue to work for a useful amount of time. The battery is also suitable for powering emergency lighting. Non-emergency uses include driving a wildlife camera or working a garden water feature.
