Price promise

When we publish catalogues or adverts we have to fix the prices printed. We often find ways of improving our prices and extending our range. Your local Toolstation and this website may offer a lower prices than those published in print. However you place your order we will always process it with a lower price if we have one. You can always check the latest prices here on the web. We always quote prices including VAT.

Service promise

Our aim is to provide you with the best service at all times. Our 100% Ex-stock means that our massive warehouse holds all the products, we never ship directly from manufacturers. In the unlikely event that things don't quite go to plan, simply call our dedicated team on 0808 100 7211 who will ensure things are put right quickly.

Quality & satisfaction

Products are sourced from around the world and checked every time for quality and value. In aiming to fulfil our 100% Ex-Stock promise, from time to time we may have to substitute particular products with alternatives of an equal or higher value. This means that items supplied may occasionally differ in detail from their online image. All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the day of purchase, and many are branded products which carry an extended manufacturer’s warranty. You can return any unused item to us within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund. Simply send it to us in its original packaging or call our Customer Service team for advice. Our terms exclude the collection of unwanted goods.

Price match guarantee

The combination of our buying power and lo-cost operation means we can't be beaten on price. If you find the same goods cheaper we will match the price or if it's within 30 days of your order from Toolstation we will refund the difference. All we ask to see is evidence, such as an advert or catalogue, that clearly shows the cheaper price includes VAT and is a matching offer. That means it's available to everyone, with no hidden handling charges and our competitor can supply it directly from stock on the same day just like us! We will always process your order with the lowest price we have. All our prices are quoted including VAT.

At Toolstation we aim to trade in a fair and reasonable manner. Our overriding concern is to provide you with a service that you will want to use again and again. From time to time things may not quite go to plan, or we may make a mistake. Our Terms of Business detail how these situations are handled but if at any time you feel that the service you have received is less than fair please contact us directly.
