The Zipper HS7TU 7 tonne log splitter makes splitting logs a simple and stress free task. The powerful 2300W motor, combined with a two handed switch mechanism, makes log splitting a secure and safe operation. Ideal for reducing large logs down to a more manageable size. The provided leg stand and wheels make the unit mobile, allowing easy transportation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very powefull This just delivered today so assembled it myself ( 2 hours) could be quicker as really needs two people as is very heavy. Instructions not very clear so read carefully to avoid undoing nuts you have already fitted installing the stand or guard. It comes primed ready for use but you must undo the air breather valve before you start. Splits large rounds with ease and even wet knotted pieces. The Stand was included and can be shortend if you are below average hight for easy lifting of heavy logs. It doesn’t have an adjustable stop so the ram returns to the start every time but with practice you can hold the leaver down to stop it to save time. This 7 tonne model was a bit more expensive than other brands with less power but seems well worth it. Zipper is an Austrian company so quality should be Ok. I can’t vouch for reliability yet but so far I’m very happy.
