Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Handy Ladder A sturdy useful ladder. Only issue, also raised by other buyers was that it comes with very little instruction which may sound pathetic as a ladder is a ladder but it took a while to be able to open it set it up. Very pleased with the ladder though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Help needed I bought this ladder to help around house but mainly to get in my attic. Having not been able to do this since moving in a year ago I was excited when it came. However had no idea (being single woman) how to put together. Assumed it would be ready to use. Had to get a guy in to fix bits together. As you sell to trade I suppose I should have known. Very puzzling instructions for me !!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Stable Ladder - Supplied Instructions V Poor I actually had to go on u-tube to find out what the loose component was that came with the ladders and how to fit it. (It stops the ladders from collapsing in the same way as the webbing straps so not sure why there is both.) There is a safety bracket on the side that stops the ladders opening any further than the picture shows so there is a >50% overlap which is more than other ladders I have. That being said the quoted extended length is correct. Now I've worked everything out the ladders are very stable in use and there is no perceptible flex when at full height
