Worx 3000W Electric Trivac WG505E is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Suction very weak. I have had a Worx vac for years and it worked very well, but then the leaf bag started to deteriorate and so I decided to but a new up to date version. I am so disappointed as the suction on the new one is very poor and so I ended up sewing up the old bag and using the old one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well I bought this machine on the 23rd October 2018 after reading other reviews very carefully. I had a machine years ago but it didn't work well, so I have been very reluctant to buy another. I live under trees so the work in autumn is high so decided to give this machine a go, having read very good reviews. I haven't used this machine for long but when I have it did the job of picking up the leaves well and without any difficulty, it performed better than I expected. I rake into piles if the leaves are thin on the ground. It did the job in half the time it usually takes me. Under pots and garden bench very good around difficult areas too very good. It is powerful so does the work very well. It chops up the leaves too which is helpful to put in my recycling bin. The zipped bag is easy to open and close and is very easy to remove from the unit to empty just a click for out and a click for back, very good. I like the easy operation on/off and I like the change from blower to vac. easy, I haven't used the blower much yet. I am happy I purchased this machine it is a big help to me with all the leaves that come down and main thing is IT WORKS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great item! Every year I spend hours picking up leaves as we live next to a wood, but this machine takes all that hard work away. It blows the leaves all to where you want (and there is an adjustable knob which allows you to determine how powerful that is) and then chews them up into a handy bag. The bag takes a lot of leaves surprisingly. The first time I used it, some of the leaves at the bottom were very wet which allowed them to be sucked up but be careful if it’s near mud it picks up bits of mud and can clog up your machine. But that’s understandable and I learnt from that. A lot of our leaves were over gravel too but it doesn’t pick up the gravel just the leaves! Very very good machine. Definitely recommend it. Toolstation’s service were fantastic, next day delivery and easily assembly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the job Used it now 4 times and does a great job in blowing and sucking leaves, the mulching feature reduces the amount of time you need to empty bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worx need a better quality assurance process Negative first - out of the box, the plug was broken. The earth pin was plastic and had snapped off completely! Must have happened at Worx as the pin was nowhere in the box. Couldn't be bothered to send the machine back so cut the plug off and wired a new one. Worx need a better QA process or should not use plugs with plastic pins. Otherwise the machine is great. Once working it does exactly what you expect. Would have liked a second handle though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very effective This is far lighter than my previous garden vac (Flymo) and much more powerful. Very loud (so i recommend wearing ear defenders) it sucks up leaves no issue and as expected chops them into the tiniest pieces; this is great since i no longer have to make several trips to the green bit to empty as one session crams them into the bag. I settled on this model over rivals because its compact and offers a metal impeller which others have as plastic - so in theory this makes it more robust. Documented power consumption of 3000W seems excessive but in truth my power meter says it only draws circa 2000W so that's not so bad. The knob that adjusts blow speed literally just closes a value and doesn't adjust the motor speed or anything advanced like that. My only criticism is around the ergonomics and that it can be a bit tiresome to hold if you are at it for a while because it only has the one handle; a secondary handle for your other hand to support it may been a future improvement. For this reason it drops a mark for me, otherwise a worthy purchase.
