Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above
Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)
Sunday delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 4pm Saturday)

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is rubbish for many reasons I bought this to go with my new Vokera boiler. The boiler is great. very cheap to run, also purchased here. But it all went horrid when i decided to purchase the BeSmart controller. As a stand alone programmable thermostat its ok. works ok. But ok is not good enough when spending £150. The thermostat eats batteries. Its awful to programme, so the older generation would hate it. Its not intuitive at all. The internet app is rubbish at best and thats if you can actually get it to work. i reviewed this product for a while before buying and the reviews on here swung it for me. BUT looking online at other reviews would have told me to steer clear. The most common complaint is that the app wont work and this has been an ongoing problem since 2017. no customer support thats worth bothering with. So after a couple of weeks i did the right thing, ripped it out and purchased the hive, also from here. it was fitted and set up and running in less that 5 mins. the app works very well, the internet version works well too. so much more to see. So if i were to give you advice on buying a wifi/internet controller for any boiler it wouldnt be this one. feel free to hunt my 2 week old BeSmart controller on ebay, if it doesnt sell i'll just toss it in the bin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No better communication interface with Vokeras So good, I have one in my own house. Yes a NEST may be more fancy, Yes it's a bit tricky to program on the room thermostat itself and connecting it to the router can be a fiddle, but all technology is the same. But if you have a Vokera boiler, nothing will give you more efficient heating, energy savings and direct access to the boiler status. I am a heating engineer and not even Vaillant and Worcester are en-par with this tech. Fair-play Vokera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vokera BeSMART WiFi Thermostat Kit Fantastic bit of kit. Very easy to install (ON/OFF) and the App and Thermostat communicate seamlessly. Didn't attempt OT due to having to reset the Thermostat that is defaulted to ON/OFF. Much better now that I can maintain a temperature in the house rather than relying on timers and when heat may not be necessary.
