Rated 4 out of 5 by from Remove the excess shim washer As mentioned in previous reviews the knob is a bit stiff to turn due to the assembler being too keen and packing in lots of shim washers to take up the play. In practice, some play is your friend which not only reducing the friction, makes is more compliant with variations when mounting on the door. Had 10 doors to, so as suggested in the previous reviews, bought some external circlip pliers to take out one of the shim washers which made it nice and smooth to turn. Ps Chrome finish is Jedo and nice finish. Brass version is by others and not quite a nice. Still fair value compared to other suppliers.
