Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken! And it had been sold and returned before. This item was broken, it did not work. Also it looked like it had been previously opened, tried and returned, then re-sold to me. Later I found a cheaper alternative from a different supplier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the item shown I purchased this recently, but was sent a different extending shower pole without a twist-lock mechanism that did not look like the picture on this page. It also had a minimum size of 1400mm rather than 1200mm (which made it too big for my project). When I contacted Toolstation, they told me they would send out the correct item. Instead, they sent out the wrong item again, despite me clearly saying that it was not what I needed. I would strongly recommend not ordering this if you actually want the item shown here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks good - works well. Bought this last week and it has complemented our newly decorated bathroom perfectly. We removed out shower screen as invariably they always allow water spray over floors and we prefer curtains. The only downside of my purchase is that the young female assistant in the shop was rude and dismissive to me for no reason. Perhaps she prefers to deal only with male customers? Very disappointing and have never experienced this in the Swindon branch.
