Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed and built brad nailer This is a very robust tool. Ergonomically comfortable, sturdy materials and thoughtful design. I have high standards for my tools and this one ticks all the boxes. Sturdy, somewhat lightweight and packs a punch. In fact, I had to do some practice runs with it to get a feel for its power. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hasn’t quite got the punch required Doesn’t have the punch for 40mm nails! Great on smaller sizes though. Also, if you take the rubber off the gun head, the nails go further into the workpiece but beware that marks can be left.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nail it Down Item comes in a nice Plastic Box, a bit bulky but enough room to put inside also some of the nails recharge. For the ease of use, well I will give it a 5 stars, nothing more simple, load Nails, Power On, Press where desire and Shoot... Just a small general remark, as it is not that obvious when you buy it, please make sure you only buy the D500 Nails type from Tacwise (as they are inclined as well)... And I didnt pay attention and bought the wrong one for a start, but that was easily refunded and replaced. In terms of the general Use and on-going and actual use of the tool I gave a 4 Stars... It will take few shots for you to get used to it and make sure that you dont mark the Wood or whatever you are nailing with the Rubber marking on the head of the nail gun... (that will be done and mastered after few mistakes)... For the other points, it did jam or shoot double nails few times, but that could be fixed (a chance)... yes fixing a jam is straight forward, and the double shoot - you just need to be ready that it will happen... but again for the price range this is still the best in my eyes... So yeah 4 stars is a good review for the price/usage and boxing of the Tool. It helped me considerably to do the beading attachment and it looks great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Is it worth the price? My first thoughts after using this nailer were that it was okay (I bought it for nailing laminate floor beading to skirting boards). The rubber nose falls off quite easily and you need to press it hard (really quite hard) against the beading or it won't drive the nails home fully - many nails required centre punch and hammer to drive them home. A few more jobs in and I'm getting used to it - the rubber nose when it falls off is easy to put back on, and I now know how much pressure to use when I'm pressing it against the beading. I'm glad I bought it -- I'm getting jobs done quicker because of it. Is it worth the price? I'm not so sure. I'd have given it 2 or 3 stars on day 1 but now that I'm used to it I'll give it 3 or 4.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Let down by its magazine Not very impressed with this one, feels good, has the power, but two things let it down: The quick release tab for jams is butted against the body of the tool meaning you cannot get to it with fingers, the metal this tab is made from high tensile steel and therefore will break under stress if altered. The second and more major issue is jamming in the magazine as the ridges to keep the brads in place are not defined enough, meaning a strip of brads can get jammed between them. 20mm brads are at the biggest disadvantage, as on the sliding section of the magazine, where there should be a corresponding ridge, there has been milled a groove for the spring, making the aforementioned issue much worse. Upon returning it, I replaced this with a much cheaper model from Titan with a straight magazine, and happily put through several thousand 20mm brads without a single jam (and for a third of the price). So for once, better to go cheap if brads is all you need (£35 or so).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Product but bit annoying I am writing this review after using the product for full year. Used it on a project where i used up 5000 nails (tac nails i mean). and various other times since. To effectively use the nail gun, you need to apply sufficient pressure (from the rear black rubber) to counter the rebound. The nail gun is mostly reliable. Does the job it is intended for. The rubber attachment on the nose of gun comes off loose and cracks. This is highly annoying as once its off, the gun leaves metal indentations on the surface.
