We are fully open and delighted to welcome our customers into our branches. Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday

We advise that you check your local branch is open on the branch locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the branch you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sturdy shovel! I brought this for some major work in my garden, and it's been fantastic. My old shovel was small and pretty basic and had seen better days. This one is well designed and well made. The big foot step really helped make easy work of some heavily compacted soil. Really pleased with it. Great addition to the tool shed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great shovel, poor QC It's a nice shovel, good blade, handle, and longer-than-average shaft, which is appreciated. The issue we had was that the first shovel sent (same model) had the handle affixed to the shaft at an angle that was non-parallel to the blade. This was an obvious defect as it was off kilter by about 30 degrees. Anyone in manufacturing (China), warehousing, shipping, and distribution should have seen this and flagged it as a quality control (QC) issue. Really wondering what's going on with Stanley (manufacturer) and Toolstation (retailer) to allow this item to get all the way to a customer's hands with such an obvious flaw. The replacement shovel had blade protective stripping that was missing from the first defective one leading us to believe this was not the first time the defective one was sent out (Toolstation?!). First defective shovel gets a one star rating, the replacement gets five stars for an average review rating of three stars.
