Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

These screws are probably the best on the market, you know what ever they are designed to do they will serve your purpose, there are lot of good wood screws out there but in my opinion Spax are the best, they make a screw for every application i always use them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not all screws are created equal! I’ve always been a bit skeptical about spending too much on screws in the belief that they were all much of a muchness. I was about to abandon attempts to assemble 1/2” OSB boxes using slightly cheaper (though perfectly adequate in other applications) screws. The difference was night and day! The spax screws didn’t split the OSB nearly as much and even when it did it still gripped sufficiently to sink the heads flush! The combination of decent screws and glue resulted in achieving what I wanted at a fraction of the cost of upgrading the box material to even a low grade ply!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The heads don't break off As with all Spax screws the heads never shear off even under pressure. The non-stainless steel type are also reasonably resistant to rust and will remain in good condition for many years even when used outdoors. They don't split the wood even when driven in near the edge. Overall, good value for money if you appreciate a quality product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strong and reliable. Spax screws are stronger than some of the cheaper brands. I find that many of the cheaper brands easily shear of their heads when using an impact driver. This never happens with Spax and the yellow zinc coating seems to resist rust much longer. The only downside is that they do not have the sharpest tip.
