SIP 05736 Weldmate T136 MIG Gas / Gasless Welder 230V is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from ok welder badly made torch badly made torch handle, gas valve leaks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Car body panels Reasonable welder,to do car body panels and chassis floor pan which is a touch thicker than side panels. As most welders perform well when new. I've had second hand SIP welders that have eventually stopped working. The only issue I've had with this,is the polarity wire inside, was stopping the fan from turning. A zip tie sorted that out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great unit, but.. I have had a SIP 100 MIG for 20+ years and even though I had reliability issues in the last few months it was brilliant! It finally gave up the ghost last month and hence the new purchase. The new T136 performs even better than the old unit with smoother feed and improved welding - So very pleased!! However, changing the gas feed connector on the back resulted in the paint flaking off, so clearly SIP have used thinner material and poor paint for the casing - It's a shame, as it lets the unit down!!
