Pinkgrip will stick just about anything on a building site that needs sticking. Its amazing grabbing strength not only removes the need to pin under the workpiece to prevent slumping, but its revolutionary initial 'direct bond' eliminates the need for double stick methods. Pinkgrip can be used inside and outside.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good glue. Two niggles. I have just used this very successfully to attach a narrow plastic shelf to plasterboard around a bay window. Just two picky points: 1) For these two materials, I would not have said that the product had “amazing grab strength”. The plastic, having been shipped rolled up, was not perfectly flat (despite hot water treatment) and I had to use a number of bricks to hold the shelf down until it had set. 2) When I have some of such tubes of glue left over, I usually put a nail into the spout to stop drying out. With this product, that did not seem to work, and I had ro resort to heroic measures to use the rest of it a few weeks later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for wood to plasterboard but poor for UPVC Fixed skirtings and architraves to new plasterboard really well and needed no support. Tried to fix a UPVC bell push to the UPVC door and it fell off after 2 days!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stuff Ideal grip adhesive for most (if not all) sheet applications. Used this to bond timber spacer batons to timber rafters prior to fitting rigid board insulation. Used the same product to secure the boards to the batons. Very effective and surprisingly easy to use -especially given it's cost. Would definitely recommend it's use agains Gripfill or similar. Doesn't leave a sticky mess either (very easy to work and use) so I think this will be our default grip adhesive from now on. Word of caution: make sure it's within 6 months of its manufacturing date when you purchase; gets a bit firm for most guns after that and is completely unusable after ten. (Check the date of manufacture on the tube at time of purchase)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won't use it again Maybe it's me. The nozzle is non removable so you cut the tip and then have to insert a long nail to pierce the inside poly membrane. Tried once and found it very hard to squeeze pink out. I inserted nail again and this time I stabbed the membrane many times, it was a little better. Maybe I had a tube which was curing and at the end of it's shelf life.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pink and sticky Lovely and viscous and sticks like nails. BUT... I expected some pale, pinkish grey that would meld into any background. In fact it is almost bright red so unless the items you are sticking are red or pink, you end up spending ages removing traces that squeeze out. Presumably this is the point - so you can see where it is. This is not necessary in any of my applications, just a nuisance that means you can't just smooth over the excess with a finger. Also, the solvent base is conspicuously more smelly than non-solvent ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works well when you need it I nearly always have at least one 'new' tube lying around as it tends to dry out once opened. This stuff is a real lifesaver when trying to fill or stick/repair an old property. Have used to fill and stick all sorts - electrical surface switch box where old plaster/screw holes have gone, holes in plaster, ceramic wall tiles where large gap behind etc. Not perfect but 'grip' it pretty good. In my experience a solvent base wins out most times and smell no too bad!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pinkgrip..solvented I've used this before....what I glued with it then is still stuck- like concrete, I might add, now. This really does stick anything to anything!!!! Great initial grab for anything roughly under a kilo, a little support necessary for over that, but, within 24 hrs, you not gonna move it....and I mean wood, brick, block, board, rebar, threaded bar, skirting, hinges..etc etc.....!!! Worth buying a pack of 12 it's that good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great adhesive I purchased Pinkgrip as a cheaper alternative to Gripfill which is my usual 'go to' brand of this kind of adhesive. I only had two very small jobs to do with it, one was to stick a small metal sign to the brickwork beside our front door and the other was to stick the end caps back on a door cill; I probably only used about 30 pence worth out of the tube! It did both jobs fine and was easy to work with, I would say it is slightly more fluid than Gripfill which on this occasion was useful. Both jobs are still stuck in their positions two weeks later so short-term durability is fine, only time will tell long-term. When I had finished the jobs, I blocked the nozzle up with a large nail in the hope it wouldn't go hard, but a week later when I had another small job it was solid; the nozzle end seemed ok but the other end that the gun presses was stuck fast. Overall I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to some of the other brands, providing it holds long-term.
