Scheppach SD1600F 125W 405mm Variable Speed Scroll Saw 240V is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review It works, not had a reason to use the flexi shaft, it would have been nice to have some ware to keep spare blades.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO I bought one and it arrived faulty. And the replacement was faulty. I shan't go back to this manufacturer again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Scheppach SD1600F Scroll Saw Received the saw today but after unpacking the box, the 103 accessory pack was missing. Contacted the company who said they would mail it to me. I’ll wait and see. I used the saw and found it to be very exact in the cutting. Sturdy equipment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Capable machine - could do with more blades I bought this for making wooden items - mostly toys for the grandkids - and occasional thin brass and aluminium parts. It vibrates a bit more than some of the more expensive machines I've seen in videos, but a bit of use soon provides the experience to produce quick, accurate and reasonably clean work. Only two blades are provided, one coarse and one medium tooth pitch. It would be much improved if a bigger selection including spiral-tooth were added, plus some better guidance as to which to use for what type of work. This is not the cheapest model, but I believe it's still regarded by some scrollsaw gurus as 'entry-level'. Nevertheless it's good enough to do some creative freehand work on, and I think most users would keep it and continue using it even if they also buy a heavier model later. You need a good stand - I bought a stoutly-made folding workbench which works well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scrollin scrollin scrollin!! Superb bit of kit, does exactly what it says on the tin! Very useful box of mini tools enclosed in the packaging, to be used with the flexi-drive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value For Money I bought this to replace an obsolete Delta Scroll Saw that I could no longer obtain spares for. So far I have only tried the Scheppach a couple of times, once with pinless blade using the adapters and then with pinned. Both blades were fairly simple to install and both performed well. The pinned, coarser of the two, cut through 3/4 inch chipboard, slowly but cleanly. The lubricating points are a good feature. At the price I will be quite happy if it lasts half as long as my old one

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective Machine Delivery to local branch was quick and easy. Machine was easy to set up but about time they stopped using polystyrene as a packing material! Machine is relatively quiet and vibration free. Extra power take off and tools are useful although the chuck is difficult to tighten and loosen. Blade change at lower point is tricky with pinless blades but this appear to be a problem with all scroll saws.
