Rated 1 out of 5 by Mackey 2424 from Not fit for purpose Put arch together and had bolt holes missing, poorly soldered brackets or bent. Contact we Rowlinson Customer Service and they have been appalling. Offered £50 refund for a rubbish arch that cost 3x that price. You can judge a company by how good it is when things go wrong and this company make no effort to sort problems out.

One part damaged on arrival but a very helpful lady on the Rowlinson helpline promptly despatched a replacement with no hassle. Highly recommended.
