ProDec Click 'N' Climb Pro Telescopic Ladder 3.8m is rated

Heavier than I thought it would be for aluminium (which I believe it’s made of) but well built and very sturdy.
Collapsing it requires a good push of the release ‘triggers’ which may proved difficult for some, but was reassuring for me as a safety characteristic. The trapped air in the tubes means the collapsing process is very graceful with little risk of trapping fingers.
I’ve just used mine for decorating my hall stairs and landing where several different heights were needed, so it’s been versatile in this respect.
This product feels more industrial rather than occasional DIY so I’m expecting plenty of use from it.

Going up in the world
We purchased pro-dec click N climb ladders to gain access where a conventional ladder was not possible (stairwell) they were perfect, easy to use. The only negative is the wide stabiliser it would make storage easier if it was Quick release rather than 2 nuts & bolts

Bought and returned one because it was faulty. Got another one which also turned out to be faulty. Instead settled for a better, conventional youngmans ladder

Very compact - fits in the boot of a car. Big enough for most jobs. A bit heavy when colapsed but can be moved easily when extended
