Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value Use these for fixing Upvc doors. As they grip far better than concrete screws we use on windows . Must say , compared to some of the Fischer ones , these are great value and do the job just as well , if not better . Simple 10mm sds drill bit needed , and majority of the time they fly straight in, if the sds is getting worn out , or in cold weather , I would recommend routing your frame hole with a 10 mm hss bit, to stop the plastic splitting . Apart from that, no problems. One of the best gripping fixings out there .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could be better Usually use the 10x140 bolts for fixing upvc doors. Thought I'd give these a try as drilling 8mm holes is easier. Will be sticking to the 10mm ones in future . Almost all the whole pack of bolts broke on me when I was putting them in the hole . Was using a brand new 8mm sds drill bit and still all the plastic split on them. Vary rarely get this problem with the bigger ones . Also when tightening them up, more than a couple of turns and they strip , stick to the 10mm range of bolts .
