Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PHILIPS CANDLE LAMPS These lamps are great, particularly if you want to combine the electricity saving aspect, with the ability to dim them to produce a pleasant warm glow, likened to that previously enjoyed by the now redundant incandescent lamps. On the obverse, there is the additional cost to factor into your purchase, together with a slightly reduced prospective number in their hourly life span of 15000 hours, compared with some which give as much as 25000 hours. All in all though, a good purchase, as they are quite pleasant to view with their candle tip and combined with the Philips name they are quite robust. I would purchase again, but they can be hard to find in moderate quantities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good reliable lamp. I bought one of these about 5 years ago for a table lamp. It is still working well so when I need a lamp for a new ceiling lamp this was an obvious choice. It gives a nice sparkly warm light and would work well in a chandelier or other glass fitting. The white plastic base is a bit obvious so I think Philips should consider making versions with black, chrome and brass bases to complement the colour of common light fittings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bulb but make sure you check the shape This is a great bulb, offering very similar colour levels to a traditional bulb. I've bought these more than once from Toolstation, they now seem to have a different shape in stock, with a swirl at the end of the glass. The actual light is the same, but I think they must have the wrong product number, so check before you buy if this would concern you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent bulb - perfect dimming Bought this to fit in to ceiling fixtures in the lounge, We wanted dimmable so thought we'd try these. Although not the cheapest the performance is outstanding. Paired with a Varilight JQP401W dimmer they dim right down to around 15% with no flicker. Probably the best combination I've seen.
