good features shame Olympia can't measure.
Toolbox itself is fine. It says 16 inches. Both my rulers measure 14.5in., this is disappointing as I was pondering between the 16 and 20 inch versions. I assume the 20 inch therefore measures 18 in. which I would have gone for.

Great Little Tool Box (apart from the lid insert).
wanted a secondary storage solution for drill bits, multitool accessories and angle grinder wheels, since my big, faithful old Stanley rolling tool centre is getting full these days.
At the price, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised - except for one thing: The plastic tool insert in the lid felt horrible. At first it seemed malformed and kept falling out before I could close the lid. As soon as I'd got it figured out I realised I didn’t need it anyway.
There are two sizes available: it comes as 16" or 20", I chose the 16 inch. The top drawer (with removable divider tray) is ideal for organising small pieces while the base unit (16") will easily accept a drill/ driver, charger and possibly an impact driver (if I had one). I decided to fill the base with grinder wheels and drilling/ cutting accessories instead. There is another, small tray towards the hinge which is also useful.
Overall construction is good and solid for the money. The two side latches feel strong and positive but stick out to the sides when open; they would be better if they hung down at the sides instead (so be careful not to bash them)! The drawer is detachable, slides easily with no wobble at all. The handle is nice and strong. The outer shell and lid feel sturdy and there are two rubber feet on the base, which is a nice touch.
I’ve knocked off one star only because of the less-than-brilliant lid-insert and the fact the latches stick out when open but, other than those two minor points - this is a great little case for the money. Now I’m thinking of getting a second one for hand tools.
