Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tougher than it looks Nice and cheap without looking or feeling cheap, quick and easy to install EXCEPT it took me forever to get it open! There was no instruction or intuitive way to get the outer case off. It’s tougher than it looks though, don’t be afraid to get in there with a screwdriver

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for a basic doorbell I agree with other reviewers that the wiring diagram is difficult to follow. If you inspect the four screw terminals though, you can see the two that are connected to the bell solenoid. The other two aren't connected to anything. It's therefore easy to deduce how to connect the bell push (and transformer if used) so power reaches the solenoid when the bell push is used. The outer case is held in place by two protrusions on each of the shorter sides. A lot of force would be needed to just pull the case off as other reviewers have commented, but the case can be easily prised off using a thin screwdriver or similar under either shorter edge. The bell isn't the loudest, but I could hear it when outside through a closed door. It could also be heard from anywhere inside my one bedroom flat. Overall it's a basic doorbell, which is good value. There is little to go wrong with it, so hopefully it will give reliable service for many years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Complete and total rubbish. I was unable to separate the base from the cover. It seems as if you hace to force a screwdriver between the base and cover, no doubt breaking some plastic, to open it. If you fixed it to a wall you would never open it again!!!
