Due to current trading conditions we have suspended our Call & Collect service until further notice.

If you are using our Click & Collect service please note the following:
  • Order online or over the phone and collect in branch from 5 minutes later.
  • Ensure you check stock is available for collection at your chosen branch.
  • Check branch opening hours to ensure you have sufficient time to collect.
  • For items not available for same day collection, place order before 7pm Mon-Fri (4pm Sun) and you can collect Next Business Day (Mon-Fri) after 3pm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for pond overhead light Found this advertised through Toolstation after looking at other sites as just wanted a relatively cheap outdoor light to go over a 6ft square pond. Easy set with 1 fix connection to fence post. Very happy with my choice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rubbish! I bought four of these about 12 months ago - so far three have failed; the LED goes really bright, then dim, then off. One that failed was a warranty replacement for the first one that failed! They're under a car port or in my shed so not exposed to the elements (just maybe the cold). I hoped for more from them. Sadly I can't recommend them at all and will be replacing the failed units with other ones from now on that they're out of the toolstation warranty. When they were working they were good though - nice spread of light and very bright for 10W. That's why they get 2* and not 1* from me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely unreliable Used outdoors to illuminate a barbecue area beneath a sheltered pergola, the two lamps performed well for the 40 or so hours they were actually lit but then both failed virtually simultaneously. They were hard wired in conduit with weatherproof glands so no moisture ingress to account for their demise! I also installed one in my greenhouse which performed in exactly the same manner - failing after about 25 hours’ use but was replaced while within warranty - not holding my breath over this one’s performance! Appalling product, totally misrepresented by the manufacturers and ultimately about as reliable as a chocolate fire guard.

After a year it started to rust though, and after 18 months it is completely dead. It was fitted as a security light so probably only ran for a total of 20 hours, way below the advertised lifetime.
