Hitachi DH24PX 730W SDS Plus Hammer Drill 240V is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product at a very reasonable price Bought this wired SDS as fed up of going through batteries with my other one. Bought it while it was on offer so got a great price. It’s a good solid tool and tackles the jobs easy. Would recommend for anyone who needs a solid SDS for under £100

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant for breaking concrete I bought this to break some concrete around an old fence post, and it was brilliant. Really easy to use, and did the job in no time at all. I've not used it for rotary drilling yet but get the impression it'll do most things I'd need to do round the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I’d gone SDS years ago I needed to put up a curtain rail on a concrete lintel, and going on past experience with my 25-year old hammer drill (5 mins per hole), I decided to move into the modern world of SDS drills. Wish I’d taken the plunge years ago. This thing knocks out each hole in less than 10s. A veritable mountain of concrete dust piling up behind the drill bit like there was some kind of crazed concrete-boring beetle inside. Next job: chiselling out bad mortar from under some of my patio slabs. Builder mixed up a dodgy batch of muck, which is more like hard sand. Getting it up with a hammer and chisel was taking forever. How will the DH24PX fare...?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality piece of kit Quality bit of kit. So far, have mainly used it in chiselling mode. Easy to handle and not bulky. I especially like the facility to rotate the chisel to the angle required and lock it in that position. It is variable speed but you can only lock the trigger on at full speed.
