Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent bit of kit My last Hitachi 18V (now rebranded HiKoki) drill lasted an impressive 8 years, its did a huge amount of DIY work. Never abused but certainly well used, hoping this replacement lasts as long, as a bonus, the batteries off my old drill (which still work!) are compatible with this set. Quality wise, the drill materials maybe feel a touch cheaper, the forward/reverse switch action isn't as nice as the old unit - but that's being really picky!! Other than that, very happy with the purchase and great service from Toolstation as ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hikoki Dual Pack Usual excellent build quality from Hitachi (Hikoki). Works with old model batteries too although the new ones do have some better inbuilt protection tech. Not had a single problem for the past 5 years with my older combi, so looking forward to using new ones. Highly recommended at this price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Promising start until a bit got jammed Performance was good all round at a good price but within 2 weeks a screwdriver bit got stuck in the impact driver. If buying this set avoid ever putting a bit directly into it without a socket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Astoundingly hard wearing I bought the Hitachi version of these, so I've had them three hard years. I bought them when I was a labourer and didn't have the money for Makita and I am so very very happy I did. They are amazingly tough. I didn't treat them with respect. Because they were so cheap I didn't worry when they dropped on to floors, worked in the rain or ran the batteries to empty - time and again. I put up countless plasterboard panels, drilled into hundreds of bricks, loaned them out and used them hard. This summer I put up a raised 50 sq m deck with 12 inch centres alone during lock down, genuinely 1000s of screws, all on the original batteries and finally they began to flex and showed signs of age. When I first bought them there was a plumber on the same job and who Ive worked with regularly since. He bought a kit from a well known big brand... A plumber! his batteries have died and the motor in his drill burnt out. In comparison my Hitachis have just kept on trucking, and I've been doing a lot of carpentry. They don't get respect on site but they just keep trucking, in fact they are developing a bit of a legend. The battery quality is amazing too -very long lasting, although 1.5ah is a bit limiting. The down side... The drill is not the strongest and the chuck developed a small wobble two years ago, the case on the driver has begun to flex. Just as an aside I use a few other Hitachi / Hikiko tools - and they are all good but really these drills are just so tough and the brad nailer is excellent.
