Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above
Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product, very easy to retro install Good product, very easy to retro install - I spent quite a bit of time investigating alternatives as it was a difficult corner to get into, no access from the top and no underside of worksurface to attach it to. This is a very stable product based on a solid base structure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to fit and works great Very pleased with this, wanting one for ages. Purchased k1000 unit as it would fit out door opening even though we had a 1400 unit. Big problem with gas shut off valve for cooker, which was hitting on it, and was prepared to cut 10mm off the back corner, but when screwed down we had 2mm clearance. It is a 25 year product, remove and refit into new kitchen every 10 years. No advice given on lubrication but I would grease runners yearly.

I ordered this item on a Thursday morning at 10:40 in the belief that it would arrive on the next business day, Friday, which would allow me to install it on the Saturday. Although the package was delivered to my local depot around 04:15 on that day it was not delivered until 10:43 on the following Monday, thus negating the installation plan. This is not so much a Toolstation problem, as they clearly did their bit, but a Parcel Force on in their failure to meet expectations. The corner unit is a masterpiece of German engineering and requires very little in the way of assembly as most of it is pre-assembled. It took less than an hour to install, which included a short break to view an installation video as the diagrammatic instructions are a little unclear in one place, Once into the cupboard it provides an efficient use of space and its mechanism allows all 4 baskets to be viewed when they are slid out of the cupboard. So, 5 stars to Hafele, 5 stars to Tool;station and 1 star to Parcel Farce (typo intended).
