Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell Paint Pure Brilliant White 5L is rated

Brilliant hard wearing paint, covered well.
Used this in a swim spa - hot steamy conditions, it looks great and seems to be very durable. It covered well and has a depth to it unlike other paints, expensive in comparison but worth it.

Only giving 3 stars as not over impressed with how it went on with roller. If heavy coated the paint resembled scrambled eggs .brushing showed brushstrokes in the light. Can't comment on stay white time as too early to tell

Didn't get on with this paint
Usually use solvent paints for woodwork and Dulux do some good ones although seem to be on the way anyway I needed this job done quickly. Found it difficult to get a good finish with a brush on a door frame/architrave despite using a very good quality synthetic brush. Much better results on the panelled door with a roller. Tried both foam and short pile, pile was best. No problems with paint dying too quickly and a good finish but I do paint a lot of doors.
I have tried other acrylic eggshells which are better to use (Armstead) so won't be buying this again, sorry Dulux though I'm sure you won't mind as they're both owned by the same company.

Very good coverage, dries quickly and has no odour to speak of. If you don't want a solvent based eggshell then I would recommend this.

Not so good.
Tough, grate coverage... Dulux.
BUT, after 5 min of application, if you come back to smooth out the brush marks or pick dust particles paint goes terrible like scramble eggs! To paint panelled door requires planning, LOL.
Tried with Dulux undercoat, leyland undercoat, normal emulsion, same result.
