DELIVERY OPTIONS (UK mainland only)

Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Average Bought this last week to replace existing ceramic taps. It's difficult to find taps that are grippable (for an arthritis sufferer) and have a pop up waste. These seem to have gone out of fashion if you want both of these features in one tap, as manufacturers opt for sleek and slippy handles that are no good to open or close when your hands are wet or have dexterity problems. Anyway the taps look good and work fine, but they do not feel like great quality. The pop up waste and accompanying rod don't seem robust enough to last in our hard water area. Our last one became covered in timescale so only time will tell. Two annoying things I found with the taps are- the 'C' for cold printed is upside down, only realised after the taps were installed. At first I thought I'd screwed the tops on wrong, but no matter which way it's screwed on its still upside down! The second annoying thing was the tops seem to unscrew themselves during use, so irritating! I've bought the matching bath taps as well which also have the upside down 'c' feature. Decided to keep them as uninstalling and getting a refund is too much bother, as well as the cost of getting a plumber out again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great Bought this last week to replace existing ceramic taps. A feature that was mportant to me was for handles that could be easily gripped by someone with arthritis. First set was faulty (one tap wouldnt turn) luckily I checked before plumber arrived. Toolstation were super efficient at sorting out a replacement when the product wasn't in stock. The taps look fine and work fine, but they do not feel like great quality. It's hard to describe unless you see the product yourself. Two annoying things I found with the taps are- the c for cold printed is upside down, only realised after the taps were installed. At first I thought I'd screwed the tops on wrong, but no matter which way it's screwed on its still upside down! The second was the tops of the taps seem to unscrew themselves during use, very annoying. The accompanying shower head wasn't of great quality either so replaced that with our old one. I've bought the matching basin taps which also have the upside down 'c' feature. Decided to keep them as uninstalling is too much bother as well as the cost of getting a plumber out again. To summarise it does the job it's supposed to do but with annoying little niggles!
