DELIVERY OPTIONS (UK mainland only)

Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above
Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)
Sunday delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 4pm Saturday)

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

No way it would last six months. And the set-up. What a pain. It's really a shame, because the idea is good, and it's simple enough to use (even if you have to pay a subscription after 3 months.

The quality of the product is really great and the camera quality also is amazing! I would highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase more to put around different places in my house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant piece of kit [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Arlo Pro 4 camera to use as an extra safety measure especially over Christmas. It was so easy to set up, literally open the box insert the battery and download the app. The app takes you through set up but it was honestly so easy anyone can do it. The camera Gives a good overview of the location it’s pointed at meaning fewer blind spots. I also like that it has a communication feature with whoever is on the other side of the camera.

Magnet seems really strong too so not worried about it falling off. There is a fee to be able to store the footage for a period of days so do bear that in mind. App easy to install and set up. Picture quality of the camera really good and surprising for the size of the camera.

The picture is good, battery life is great, and I accidentally dropped it from the first floor onto stone and it didn’t even skip a beat! However, I find Arlo’s software to be considerably worse than Ring for example and I also think the position-ability of this Pro could be improved as a downward angle is only possible while wall mounting. Still a good camera though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great to use and monitor Garden [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first remote camera we have had and we are pleasantly surprised by the quality and set up of the system. We have used this to monitor our garden and it has responded well by not being too sensitive to motion but has picked up movement. The speaker system is an added bonus so that sound is available to use. The one improvement that could be made is that the instructions were not the clearest, it is also interesting to note what will happen at the end of the 3 month service trial. Overall though would recommend for use in medium properties and great picture quality and interaction.
