Collection Details

We are fully open and delighted to welcome our customers into our branches. Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday

We advise that you check your local branch is open on the branch locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the branch you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from cheap with good spec I have just purchased this Lawnmower and have not yet used it so asking for a review at this stage is a bit premature but will gladly come back to this once it as been put to use. The one thing that I will say is that it looks well built and if it lasts for over 10 year as the one it replaces I will be happy and the delivery time was excellent. The information supplied with the machine is OK but some important information is missing one being if you can use a synthetic oil in this machine I have Emailed AL-KO the day after delivery(5 Day ago ) requesting this information but still waiting on a reply. So customer service might be an issue but will update this when I get a response.
