Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just about adequate. Poor quality fixings and connections. The connections were so small I had trouble fitting 1.5mm wire into them. This was my second unit because the first one was returned as the pir did not activate. The reflective strip behind the light bulb holder was also barely adequate because it easily tarnished with touch and was beginning to peel off. Overall I would say this product was unfortunately quite poor but to be fair it was also quite cheap

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value and looks more expensive. Pleased with purchase. I bought this to replace an old aluminium wall light with a faulty PIR of the same design next to my front door. Once fitted this new light looks just as good for half the price. The tiny screw that holds the PIR wiring cover inside the light is fiddly and if you drop it impossible to find again. Fortunately any small screw will work. As described, the PIR range is not adjustable so the light came on every time a car went past the door. This was easily fixed by putting a small piece of white duck tape on that side of the PIR.
