How do I use the 2 hour delivery service?
Enter your delivery postcode into toolstation.com to check the delivery address is eligible (the postcode must be within the M25). Look out for this logo (round logo attached) which will appear against the 10,000+ products available for 2 hour delivery and select "2 Hour delivery" at checkout.
What products are available ?
You can select from over 10,000 products available for 2 hour delivery at toolstation.com. Your order will be delivered in either a van or car. The maximum weight allowance is 16.5kg and 80cm (w) x 50cm (h) x 50cm (d). If your item exceeds this, you will not be able to proceed through the checkout.

How do I know it will arrive ?
Once your order has been collected you will be able to chat directly to your driver from Gophr. If you need your order delivered to a "safe place" you can also arrange this. Once delivered, your driver will send photographic proof. You will have a 10-minute window from when they arrive to hand over the delivery. If they have not been able to contact you in that time, they will return your order to your local store for you to collect.
