Electric underfloor heating mats for installation under tiles. The mat has a 3.5mm twin conductor cable which is evenly spaced on the mat for easy installation and even heat output of 150 watts per m. The system is 100% waterproof and the ideal solution for a warm floor. This can be primary heating or comfort heating. There is an option of a digital or manual thermostatic controller.

NOTE: Always buy a mat smaller than the area to be heated as the mat cannot be shortened. All electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified electrician. It is advisable to make a heat loss calculation. Energy efficiency is increased when used in conjunction with suitable insulation.
