Twin Conductor Heating Mat designed for under Tiles, Stone, Marble or similar type floor finishes. The mat is 150 watts per m and can be used as primary or comfort heating *. The system is 100% waterproof and is the ideal solution for creating a warm floor in Bathrooms, Wetrooms, Kitchens & Conservatories. The fibreglass mesh can be easily cut and shaped to fit awkward shaped areas**.
There is an option of a Digital Thermostat or a Manual Thermostat (95052 & 23405)
Note
Always buy a mat smaller than the area to be heated as the cable cannot be shortened. All electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

230-240V. Cable Type: Teflon with FTP. Max Floor Temp 40C. 150 Watts per m. RCD required. One sided connection. Fixings not included. Insulation Req. Associated products 95052 & 23405.
