100mm Extractor Fan Timer IPX4 is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet and efficient Easy to fit with a 110mm core drill, duct and gravity vent flap on the outside of the wall. Very quiet in operation and seems to move a decent volume of air. Very straightforward to fit and to wire, but then this is the most basic version (just L & N). A termination for the earth from the cable would have been a nice touch but clearly unnecessary for operation; I was able to simply sleeve and tuck this away in the housing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very cheap and cheerful I bought this just over a month ago. I could only get the pull-cord version, which makes no sense - It is either OVERIDE or AUTO, but you do not know which. There is a timer control, and no instructions on what the timer does - it does not affect the operation timing from what I noticed. The timer and humidity controller can only be accessed by opening the whole unit. During the first weeks, whilst you find the appropriate level through guess-and-test, this is very tedious; However once the setting is found, there is no need to change the setting (The seasons have not changed yet, so I may change my opinion in 6 months). With the windows closed, the room still feels humid, and the extraction is on 24x7. Therefore I suspect that the window must stay slightly open in order to circulate the air. The noise level varies. on humid days, the fan continues 24x7 and can get rough and loud. It does work!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor product. Bought it to fit in a student house. Unfortunately the humidity detector didn't work, so I returned it. Toolstation changed it I fitted the new one and....same problem !! Luckily it can also be operated from a switched live ( off the pull cord for the bathroom light) I certainly won't be fitting anymore of these for my customers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value basic fan. Why pay extra for a branded fan, this does the job effectively and quietly. Performance is comparable to other more expensive fans. I don't know whether I would use this in a kitchen refit as it is not low profile and protrudes about and inch. Can't comment about reliability but was easy to fit.
