      We are looking for Sales/Purchase Ledger Assistants to work in the Head Office Finance department reporting to the Finance Supervisor.

      The role will involve:

      • Checking and processing purchase invoices
      • Handling and resolving queries
      • Managing supplier accounts from goods received to payment
      • Sales ledger processing
      • Preparing cheque runs

      Some accounting experience and use of Sage would be advantageous. Excel, Word and e-mail is essential. You will also need to be confident, have a good telephone manner, attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
